At its September 8, 2026 meeting, the Clay County Republican Central Committee unanimously adopted a resolution endorsing Missouri Constitutional Amendment 3 and encouraging Missourians to Vote YES on Amendment 3 on November 3, 2026.
The resolution affirms the Committee's commitment to protecting the dignity and value of human life and supports provisions of Amendment 3 addressing the protection of unborn children, protections for mothers, parental consent for minors, health and safety standards, and prohibitions on gender transition surgeries for minors.
“The Clay County Republican Central Committee spoke with one voice. We unanimously endorsed Amendment 3 because we believe Missouri has an opportunity to protect innocent life, strengthen protections for parents, women and children, and reaffirm our commitment to the dignity of human life.”
— Natalie Scholl, Chair
Clay County Republican Central Committee
We encourage Clay County Republicans—and voters across Missouri—to Vote YES on Amendment 3 on November 3.
